2103 – WHITE WINE CHARDONNAY CASK of the D.O. PENEDÈS
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Vintage: 2019
Vinification: The grapes arrive at the winery in perfect health and optimum maturity. They are introduced in a pneumatic press, where a soft and moderate pressing is performed. Once the solid waste has been removed from the must, by static sludge at 8 ºC, the clean must undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in new French oak barrels. The wine stays in contact with their mothers in the same barrels for seven months, with fortnightly batonings. Finally, the wine is clarified with bentonite and stabilized at -5 ºC to remove excess potassium bitartrate.

Complex and exuberant aroma that blends the varietal character (hazelnut, toast) with notes of tropical fruit (pineapple and grapefruit) and the smoky touches provided by aging in barrels.

Its mouth is dense and creamy, with wide development and fresh acidity that evolves towards an extraordinarily long and balanced finish in which toasted nuances reappear.
Producer’s impressions: A true banner of the winery that wastes a magnificent balance between fruit and oak and in which the relevance of an impeccable work carried out with the mothers and their aging in boots is made clear. A wine that always climbs the podium of great Spanish wines. Pairing: Chardonnay fermented in barrels is the perfect ally for fatty fish, white meats, smoked meats and high-quality cheeses.

Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of sweet fig fruit and nuts, soft ripe citrus (lemon jam), light smoky notes, floral touches and background with hints of caramel and vanilla. Fresh on the palate, pleasant very sweet, slightly greasy, slightly low acidity, nuts and fine bitter notes, persistent. Long finish, aftertaste of sweet citrus.
Service: It is recommended to taste it between 10 and 12 ºC temperature.
2503 – WHITE MUSTILLANT GRAMONA of the D.O. PENEDÈS
Natural and ecological Needle Wine
Vineyards of Gramona: After years of work with an eye on the vineyard, we present the White Mustillant, from organic grapes, which has the CCPAE seal of the Catalan Council of Agricultural and Organic Production.
Varieties: 50% Parellada, 30% Macabee and 20% Xarel·lo.
Graduation: 11% Vol
Ecological and biodynamic viticulture: Based on the careful observation and treatment of the factors that influence our land and its habitat. We do not apply chemical herbicides or pesticides, we use only natural resources.
Elaboration: It is vinified by fermenting at low temperatures, using only the flower must, that is, the must resulting from a gentle pressing. We use the same yeasts for the first and second fermentation, with the intention of achieving a complete assimilation of the sugars and a delicate and integrated needle.
· View: Straw yellow with bright edges.
· Nose: Floral and fruity: daisies, green apple, lime skin, on a background of fresh grass (grass).
· Mouth: Fresh entry, light step. Very fine carbonic, a slight tickle on the palate that, along with the sustained and lively acidity, enhances the feeling of freshness and invites you to drink the next sip.
· Harmonies: Ideal as an aperitif, it can liven up all kinds of meals; fresh salads and perfect accompaniment to seafood and fish.
Consumption temperature: We recommend serving it at a temperature between 6ºC-8ºC. It is advisable to consume it during the year of bottling so that each glass of this wine retains all the freshness and liveliness of its small bubbles.
2720 – DE MULLER DRY MUSCAT 2019
Its delicacy in aroma and flavour, together with a moderate alcohol content, make it a versatile wine for different occasions and for all palates. Given its aromatic subtlety and freshness in the mouth, it is recommended to take as an aperitif.Consume very fresh to enjoy it to the fullest.

2101 – DRY WHITE WINE of the D.O. PENEDÈS
The Penedès Dry White Wine is a clean and bright white wine with a pale yellow color, almost transparent with pleasant floral aromas and a final fruit aftertaste.
Variety: Maccabee and Xarel·lo

Graduation: 11% Vol.
Capacity: 750 ml.
Tasting Notes: A surprisingly easy and slightly acidic wine, which brings a lot of freshness. Its aroma leaves a very pleasant impression with a touch of flowers and fruits. In the mouth it stands out for its fresh, lively and long-lasting taste.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 4 and 6 ºC temperature.
Pairing: It is ideal to accompany rice, a paella, fish and seafood.
2102 – SEMI SWEET WHITE WINE of the D.O. PENEDÈS
Penedès Semi Sweet White Wine is a bright and crystalline white wine. Sweet taste with complex aromatic personality, powerful and pleasant. It leaves on the palate a fruity bouquet with character and a persistent retro taste.
