1003 – CAVA ALBERT MONELLS BRUT RESERVE
Cava Albert Monells Brut Reserve is a high quality organic cava, made in the traditional way, without the use of chemicals. A cava capable of being the star of your most special events. Cultivation of wine made with 100% organic grapes. No pesticides or chemicals have been used.
Varieties: Chardonnay (40%), Maccabee (20%) and Xarel·lo (20%)
Aging: rests for a minimum of 20 months at a constant temperature and controlled humidity.
Graduation: 12% Vol Bottle type and capacity: standard 75 Cl.
Tasting note: Golden colour with very subtle reddish tones, which go into the noblest properties of the grape. Fine and elegant bubbles creating a consistent crown. With an elegant and complex aroma, notes of white fruit with hints of honey, toast and citrus blend. Intense and persistent freshness with perfect balance, presenting a different cava with extraordinary sensations.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 5 and 7ºC temperature.
Pairing: it is a cava suitable for meals, such as dishes with a certain strength, such as mushrooms, cheeses of all kinds, canned snails, red meats (including game, such as deer), rabbit garlic, fish, anchovies, cod, etc. It is also suitable to accompany some desserts, such as crispy pancakes or thick cakes.
2805 – GR-174 RED WINE 2019 D.O.Q. PRIORAT
GR-174 is the charming road that crosses the Priorat and the expression of the estates of this winery. If you could concentrate in a bottle the aromas of ripe fruit and the minerality that comes from its terroir, the result would be a wine like this. A red in which the two terroirs take part: the Casa Gran, which brings great freshness and aroma to red fruits and the Fredat, which puts the minerality, structure and black fruit. GR-174 is made with all the grape varieties from the two estates: Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Samson, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Preparation: The harvest is done manually and the fruit is transported in small boxes. In order to get the best out of each grape, it is harvested at different ripening points and vinified in stainless steel and wooden tanks, with “pigeage” techniques and with open and closed lifts. The maceration time is 5 to 10 days. The resulting broth is partially aged for about 4 months in French oak barrels.

· View: Cherry red colour with a lot of depth.
· Nose: Intense, fresh and penetrating aroma. Fruity notes of red fruit, blackberries and currants and a balsamic and spicy background.
· Palate: The mouthfeel is fresh, but it is a meaty, sweet wine with a velvety volume and elegant and persistent tannins.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 15 and 17 ºC temperature.
Pairings: Sausages, Sausages, Red meats, Rice, Tapas, Black rice, Baked meats, Fish paella.
2802 – ÒNIX CLASSIC RED WINE 2017 D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Category: DOQ Priorat
Origin: Grenache and Carignan vines from terraces up to 50 years old, collected in plots in the villages of Gratallops, El Lloar, La Vilella Baixa and La Vilella Alta.
Elaboration: Manual harvest. Fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks at 25-26 ºC. Maceration for 20 days and then bottled.
Sensory characteristics: Dark ruby. Brilliant. On the nose we find pleasant fruity notes with an additional spicy complexity, with pepper aromas. Ripe black cherry, blackberries, and fresh black plum. In the mouth we find a silky wine on the palate and sweet, with lots of ripe black fruit that predominates along with a spicy touch of black pepper, which make you want to drink more and more, with a surprising and long finish. No wood, just wine, really nice.
Varieties: Grenache Noir and Carignan
Graduation: 14.5% Vol.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 12 and 14 ºC temperature.
Pairing: Red meat, white meat and poultry.
