5170 – RATAFIA AIRS OF TRAMUNTANA of 70 Cl.

 Characteristics: Ratafia is a liqueur produced by the maceration of walnuts and the distillation of 22 aromatic plants, roots, spices and selected fruits. Its delicate artisanal elaboration and a minimum aging of six months in barrel give a unique slightly bitter bouquet and various aromatic notes. It is recommended to take it after eating, with ice or cold. It is also an excellent complement to cooking in sauces or roasts, where it brings all the flavours and nuances of the plants with which it is made and also for making desserts with fruit or pastries.
Tasting note: The aromatic set is light, mellow, fresh, complex and velvety with hints of anise and menthol where aromatic notes of cherry stones and coffee flavours appear.
Consumption temperature: Drink only very cold or with ice.
Colour: amber-brown with greenish reflections.

 Characteristics: Ratafia Cream is a liqueur produced with milk and sugar in addition to the traditional formulas of Ratafia itself which consists of the maceration of walnuts and the distillation of 22 aromatic plants, roots, spices and selected fruits.It is recommended to take it after eating, with ice or cold.
Tasting notes: Walnuts and cocoa protagonists, although the tones of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg appear very strongly. Sweet entry. Very round and without stridency.
Consumption temperature: Drink only very cold or with ice.
Colour: Cream of milk with characteristic toasted colour.
Graduation: 16% Vol.
