The Penedès Dry White Wine is a clean and bright white wine with a pale yellow color, almost transparent with pleasant floral aromas and a final fruit aftertaste.

Capacity: 750 ml.
Tasting Notes: A surprisingly easy and slightly acidic wine, which brings a lot of freshness. Its aroma leaves a very pleasant impression with a touch of flowers and fruits. In the mouth it stands out for its fresh, lively and long-lasting taste.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 4 and 6 ºC temperature.
Pairing: It is ideal to accompany rice, a paella, fish and seafood.
2102 – SEMI SWEET WHITE WINE of the D.O. PENEDÈS
Penedès Semi Sweet White Wine is a bright and crystalline white wine. Sweet taste with complex aromatic personality, powerful and pleasant. It leaves on the palate a fruity bouquet with character and a persistent retro taste.
Variety: Maccabee, Parellada and Xarel·lo

Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of sweet fig fruit and nuts, soft ripe citrus (lemon jam), light smoky notes, floral touches and background with hints of caramel and vanilla. Fresh on the palate, pleasant very sweet, slightly greasy, slightly low acidity, nuts and fine bitter notes, persistent. Long finish, aftertaste of sweet citrus.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 4 and 6 ºC temperature.

2104 – ROSÉ WINE of the PENEDÈS D.O.
The Rosé Wine from the Penedès is a crystalline wine with a cherry red. Fine aroma and balanced acidity that wraps an elegant and fruity retro taste to leave a harmonious final impression of medium persistence.

Graduation: 12% Vol.
Capacity: 750 ml.
Tasting Notes: Intense, elegant aroma of red fruits (raspberry, currant and cherry) combined with floral notes (rose petals). Voluminous and rich in flavor of fresh red fruits (pomegranate, berries), unctuous and fresh aftertaste.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC temperature.
Pairing: Excellent pairing with piquillo peppers stuffed with cod and roasted sauce. Pasta with Bolognese or ratatouille sauce and cannelloni. Beef, lamb, pork, venison-like game and spicy foods.
