2105 – RED WINE of the D.O. PENEDÈS
The red wine of the Penedès has a cherry color and garnet nuances. Its aroma is powerful and reveals light notes of spices and smoky. Its good body and pleasant tannins stand out in the mouth.
Variety: Merlot and Tempranillo
Graduation: 12.5% Vol.
Capacity: 750 ml.
Tasting Notes: Dark cherry wine. The nose is soft and light. In the mouth pleasant and fruity Presentation: In a box of 6 bottles.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 14 and 16 ºC temperature. Store the bottle in temperature conditions of 15 to 25 ºC
Pairing: Perfect to accompany beef, lamb, duck or pork.
3005 – ALBERT MONELLS RED VERMOUTH GREAT RESERVE
Monells Red Vermouth Great Reserve, made with the perfect combination of all-natural aromatic herbs, aged later in oak barrels, which gives it the right touches of wood and toast.
Varieties: Grenache, Merlot and Syrah.
Aging: It rests for a minimum of 7 months in oak barrels at a controlled and constant temperature.
Graduation: 16% by Alc.
Tasting Notes: Subtly sweet, with a slight bitter touch, balanced in taste and persistent in the mouth.
Service: We recommend serving it between 3 and 4 ºC temperature.
Pairing: A classic service, combining vermouth with lemon or orange peel.
