Cava Albert Monells Brut Reserve is a high quality organic cava, made in the traditional way, without the use of chemicals. A cava capable of being the star of your most special events. Cultivation of wine made with 100% organic grapes. No pesticides or chemicals have been used.
Varieties: Chardonnay (40%), Maccabee (20%) and Xarel·lo (20%)
Aging: rests for a minimum of 20 months at a constant temperature and controlled humidity.
Graduation: 12% Vol Bottle type and capacity: standard 75 Cl.
Tasting note: Golden colour with very subtle reddish tones, which go into the noblest properties of the grape. Fine and elegant bubbles creating a consistent crown. With an elegant and complex aroma, notes of white fruit with hints of honey, toast and citrus blend. Intense and persistent freshness with perfect balance, presenting a different cava with extraordinary sensations.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 5 and 7ºC temperature.
Pairing: it is a cava suitable for meals, such as dishes with a certain strength, such as mushrooms, cheeses of all kinds, canned snails, red meats (including game, such as deer), rabbit garlic, fish, anchovies, cod, etc. It is also suitable to accompany some desserts, such as crispy pancakes or thick cakes.

Cava Albert Monells Brut Rosé is a high quality organic cava, made in the traditional way, without the use of chemicals. A cava capable of being the star of your most special events. Cultivation of wine made with 100% organic grapes. No pesticides or chemicals were used.
Varieties: 100% Pinot Noïr
Aging: It rests for a minimum of 18 months at a constant temperature and controlled humidity.
Graduation: 11.5% Vol
Bottle type and capacity: 75 Cl transparent standard.
Tasting note: Pink in layers. Intense cava with elegant notes of red fruit, including currants and strawberries, with a refreshing mineral background. Delicate on the palate, with a medium intensity flavor and an elegant and refined character that perfectly reflects the terrain where it is grown.
Service: We recommend serving it at a temperature between 5 and 6ºC.
Pairing: Perfect with most snacks. It is ideal with fish such as salmon or grilled tuna where it is complemented in both colour and flavour. For the cheese, taste it with cream cheeses like Brie.
