Features: Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not mixed with any other oil and does not contain any additives. For this reason, virgin and extra virgin olive oils are completely natural products and both can be defined as the real juice or juice of olives. The difference between them is due to the acidity and the tasting note, or sensory analysis, given by experts. The extra virgin olive oil comes from the first pressure and has an impeccable aroma and flavour (no defects) so it is the highest quality. This oil only accounts for 10% of the oil produced.
Ingredients: 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Arbequina olives. It does not contain any food additive.
Preferred date of consumption: Although the characteristics of the product do not change over time, it is recommended to consume it before 1 year from the date of packaging.
Determination of use: Can be used for frying or raw as a dressing.
Organoleptic characteristics: Smell and taste: Smell of grass and green apple and intense flavour.
Allogeneic Declaration: This product does not contain any allergenic ingredients regulated by the EU FIC 1169/2011 art. 21 Annex II.
