Characteristics: The popular dessert of Catalonia deserves a current interpretation, so under the concept of “light liquor” an extraordinary cream is born to accompany the most special meals. It is recommended to take it after eating, with ice or very cold.
Tasting note: Delicious egg and lemon flavour. It does not contain lactose. Its flavour is the result of a mixture of cinnamon, lemon, egg and sugar, and can be drunk alone, with ice or in coffee. Some people use it to make desserts and cakes thanks to the taste of Catalan cream known to all as a typical dairy dessert.
Consumption temperature: Drink only very cold or with ice.
Colour: The Catalan Milk Cream with its characteristic toasted colour.
