GR-174 is the charming road that crosses the Priorat and the expression of the estates of this winery. If you could concentrate in a bottle the aromas of ripe fruit and the minerality that comes from its terroir, the result would be a wine like this. A red in which the two terroirs take part: the Casa Gran, which brings great freshness and aroma to red fruits and the Fredat, which puts the minerality, structure and black fruit. GR-174 is made with all the grape varieties from the two estates: Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Samson, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Preparation: The harvest is done manually and the fruit is transported in small boxes. In order to get the best out of each grape, it is harvested at different ripening points and vinified in stainless steel and wooden tanks, with “pigeage” techniques and with open and closed lifts.
