2780 – DE MULLER DRY RANCID WINE
The varieties in the area are able to withstand long aging in wooden tanks, creating a slow benign oxidation that will give rise to flavours and aromas with a complexity typical of their process.The gradual oxidation of the wine by exposure to room temperature, the age of the wooden tanks that have been aged for years and the climatic conditions of the area result in a rancid wine of great quality.
Varieties: 40% white Grenache, 40% Black Grenache and 20% Carignan
Graduation: 17% Vol.
Colour: Amber with golden reflections
Nose: Aromas of candied pineapple, honey, toffee, butter, nuts
Palate: Intense on the palate, taste of dates, jams, almonds, and prolonged aftertaste
