2503 – WHITE MUSTILLANT GRAMONA of the D.O. PENEDÈS
Natural and ecological Needle Wine
Vineyards of Gramona: After years of work with an eye on the vineyard, we present the White Mustillant, from organic grapes, which has the CCPAE seal of the Catalan Council of Agricultural and Organic Production.
Varieties: 50% Parellada, 30% Macabee and 20% Xarel·lo.
Graduation: 11% Vol
Ecological and biodynamic viticulture: Based on the careful observation and treatment of the factors that influence our land and its habitat. We do not apply chemical herbicides or pesticides, we use only natural resources.
Elaboration: It is vinified by fermenting at low temperatures, using only the flower must, that is, the must resulting from a gentle pressing. We use the same yeasts for the first and second fermentation, with the intention of achieving a complete assimilation of the sugars and a delicate and integrated needle.
· View: Straw yellow with bright edges.
· Nose: Floral and fruity: daisies, green apple, lime skin, on a background of fresh grass (grass).
· Mouth: Fresh entry, light step. Very fine carbonic, a slight tickle on the palate that, along with the sustained and lively acidity, enhances the feeling of freshness and invites you to drink the next sip.
· Harmonies: Ideal as an aperitif, it can liven up all kinds of meals; fresh salads and perfect accompaniment to seafood and fish.
Consumption temperature: We recommend serving it at a temperature between 6ºC-8ºC. It is advisable to consume it during the year of bottling so that each glass of this wine retains all the freshness and liveliness of its small bubbles.
