2501 – VERDEJO NEEDLE WHITE PESCADOR
Characteristics: White Pescador Verdejo. Personality, harmony and originality. Pale yellow in color with greenish nuances, Blanc Pescador Verdejo is a natural fermentation needle wine that reaches the palate with all the aromas and fruit of the fashionable variety. Its very fine needle point embroiders its charisma.
Elaboration: 2ª fermentation using the Charmat method. Method for obtaining champagne that consists of carrying out the second fermentation in large stainless steel tanks. In this case, once fermented, it is definitively bottled. This method was devised by Eugène Charmat in 1916 and is currently used for the production of large quantities as opposed to the champenoise method which, while allowing better control of the process, is much more laborious.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow with greenish hues, clean and bright. The nose is aromatic, fruity, with the typical expression of Verdejo. A light, with a very balanced carbon content.
Pairing: Rice with fish, Grilled white fish, Cod, Pasta with fish sauce, Smoked salmon. Seafood, Zarzuela of fish and seafood.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC temperature.
