Taittinger Brut Reserve is the best known champagne from the legendary house in Reims. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and no less than three years of aging in the bottle for a complex and very, very elegant wine.

A perfect percentage of Pinot Noir grapes of the best quality and the wisdom of a winery with almost 300 years of experience are the two pillars on which sits the greatness of an inimitable brand. Founded in 1734 in Reims, Taittinger remains a myth laden with symbolism that has been able to adapt to new demands and tastes. Throughout its almost three centuries of history, it has amply demonstrated its chameleon-like ability to pay tribute and respect to tradition while always seeking the highest quality, using the most cutting-edge technologies. Taittinger Brut Reserva, aged for a minimum of three years in bottle, is its most famous champagne.

Tasting Notes: Beautiful straw yellow with greenish hues, with a good crown formation and fine bubble.The nose has a great aromatic complexity: white fruit and high quality bone (peach, apple) along with notes of acacia, a touch reminiscent of lemon mousse, light toasted nuts and fine pastry.It has a great mouthfeel, is wide and at the same time refreshing. It closes with a long and elegant finish with pleasant notes of orange peel.
Pairing: roasted and roasted white meats, fish / seafood. Perfect as an appetizer or with canapés, smoked salmon and oysters.
