1114 – CAVA MONELLS IMPERIAL BRUT RESERVE
Cava Monells Imperial Brut Reserve made with selected and harvested grapes by hand, from organic and biodynamic viticulture. Once in the cellar, maximum care: the grapes enter by gravity and the grapes are pressed whole. Each variety is vinified separately. The touch of expedition liqueur comes from a century-old tradition.
Varieties: Chardonnay (40%), Macabee (20%) and Xarel·lo (20%)
Aging: Aged in rhyme for 48 months.
Graduation: 12% Vol
Bottle type and capacity: standard 75 Cl.

· Nose: It is intense, highlights ripe white fruit, apple, vine peach. Citrus notes of lemon peel. Aniseed tones, fennel. Memories of wheat. Butter, brioche. Oxygenation enhances ripe aromas: apple pie, marzipan, burnt cream
· Palate: Wide in its passage, lively and refreshing, with fine, creamy bubbles. Notes of ripe fruit compote and bakery. A sparkling wine that, year after year, demonstrates its personality and finesse.
